Fashion Week Diaires: NYFW glam with Ursula Stephen & Carly Cushnie

New York Fashion Week is off with a bang!

And with all the prep that occurs backstage, it takes a mountain of people to ensure each and every single model who steps onto that runway looks picture perfect. Not a hair out of place, every nail perfectly polished -- and there's a team dedicated to just that.

Celebrity hairstylist Ursula Stephen is one of those talented faces that guarantees these models are runway-ready.

"A lot of preparation goes into that," explained Stephen. "It's a lot of brain work and mixing of creativeness -- it's high energy in a small amount of time." 50 girls have to be prepared to hit the runway in under 3 hours -- but Stephen somehow makes that happen.

Through her work with designer Cushnie and partnership with TRESemmé, Stephen is letting us in on all the "craziness" that happens behind the scenes at NYFW in today's episode of Fashion Week Diaries.
