Best Bites: Corn on the kebab

Corn on the kebab is healthy and a perfect barbecue side dish. Check out the recipe on this episode of Best Bites!
Ingredients:
½ cup butter, melted
½ teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon thyme
1 zucchini
4-5 mini peppers
1 onion, sliced
2 ears corn, shucked
3 skewers
Directions:
Cut corn cobs into smaller pieces. Arrange pieces of corn cobs, peppers, onions and zucchini on skewers.
Heat grill to medium-high heat. Grill kabobs until they begin to brown.
While kebabs are cooking, mix butter, garlic salt, lemon juice, thyme in a small bowl.
Once kebabs are done, top with butter mixture and serve.
