Best Bites: Corn on the kebab

Corn on the kebab is healthy and a perfect barbecue side dish. Check out the recipe on this episode of Best Bites!
- ½ cup butter, melted
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- 1 zucchini
- 4-5 mini peppers
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 ears corn, shucked
- 3 skewers
- Cut corn cobs into smaller pieces. Arrange pieces of corn cobs, peppers, onions and zucchini on skewers.
- Heat grill to medium-high heat. Grill kabobs until they begin to brown.
- While kebabs are cooking, mix butter, garlic salt, lemon juice, thyme in a small bowl.
- Once kebabs are done, top with butter mixture and serve.
