Pippa Middleton steps out in baby blue for Prince Louis' christening

It was a family affair for the Middletons, who all stepped out on Monday afternoon to celebrate Prince Louis' christening. To mark the milestone, aunt Pippa Middleton donned a baby blue custom-made dress by designer Alessandra Rich.

The 34-year-old accessorized her outfit with a light blue fascinator and $695 Jimmy Choo pumps in a matching hue, along with a $1500 clutch by the same designer. Her designer footwear is currently on sale for $348.

Middleton, who is currently five-months pregnant with her first child with husband James Matthews, hid her baby bump under the long-sleeved pleated gown. It's an interesting choice for the mother-to-be, who in the recent weeks has flaunted her growing bump in chic maternity wear.

Some weren't happy with the dress -- even deeming it "frumpy."

Others were quick to notice the resemblance of Pippa's dress to the "matronly" Alexander McQueen dress Duchess Kate sported at her younger sister's nuptials back in May. Many royal fans were disappointed with the Duchess' choice in the dress.

Middleton announced her pregnancy a few weeks ago, although speculation about her little bundle of joy began brewing even before Kate gave birth in April. For more on the expectant mother, watch the video above.
