California Dreaming (Created at TAO Asian Bistro Los Angeles)

Ingredients:

  • 1.5oz Knob Creek Rye
  • .5oz Giffard Apricot Liqueur
  • .25oz Oloroso Sherry
  • 1.75oz Ripe - Sour
  • 2 Dashes Australian Bitters
  • .25oz Lillet Rouge Aperitif

Directions:

Combine all ingredients minus Lillet in a mixing glass with ice. Shaker and strain over fresh ice, layer the Lillet rouge by pouring onto a bar spoon over top of ice.

Garnish:

Filthy Cherry & Lemon Wheel

Casa Noble's In Noble Fashion

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Casa Noble Reposado Tequila
  • 0.5 oz ancho chili liqueur
  • 0.25 oz simple syrup
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • 2 drops molé bitters
  • Orange peel

Directions:

Combine all ingredients, except orange peel, into mixing glass and stir. Strain into glass over ice. Squeeze orange peel; rub around rim and drop into glass.

The Dark and Stormy (Created by FISHBOWL at Dream Midtown)

Ingredients:

  • 1.5oz Gosling’s Rum
  • 4 oz Ginger Beer
  • Gosling’s Black Seal Rum

Directions:

In a High ball glass filled with ice add 4 – 5 oz Ginger Beer and top with Gosling’s Black Seal Rum.

Garnish:

Lime Wheel & Candied Ginger Boat

SVEDKA’s Ice Kaffe

Ingredients:

  • 1½ parts SVEDKA Vodka
  • ½ part SVEDKA Vanilla
  • 1 part coffee liqueur
  • ½ part cream
  • Café con leche ice

Directions:

Fill a rocks glass with Café con leche ice. Add the ingredients and stir gently.

Kim Crawford's Dad Time

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc
  • 1 oz pisco
  • 1 1/2 oz unfiltered apple juice
  • 3/4 oz Ginger Elixir (See instructions)
  • 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 dashes angostura bitters
  • Thinly sliced apple wedges or lemon discs for garnish

Ginger Elixir:

  • 2 cups chopped ginger with skin, 1 inch dice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar

Directions:

Add all ingredients except garnish to a chilled Collins glass. Fill halfway with crushed or shaved ice and stir until well incorporated. Top with more ice, to cone over top; garnish with apple or lemon, and serve with a straw.

Ginger Elixir:

Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until well combined. Strain, discard solids. Chill.

Moscow Mule (Created by Brooklyn Crafted)

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ ounces vodka
  • 1 ½ ounces lime juice
  • 4 oz Brooklyn Crafted Extra Spicy Ginger Beer

Directions:

In a Moscow mule mug, combine the listed ingredients and pour over ice. Stir, garnish with a lime and enjoy!

Mojito (Created by Bruce Cost Ginger Ale)

Directions:

Put leafy 5" spring of mint standing in a 10 oz glass. Fill with ice. Add 2 oz fine rum (Ron Azacapa Centenario), 4-5 oz Bruce Cost Ginger Ale - Original and 1.5 oz fresh lime juice. Garnish with lime wedge

French 75

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore DOCG
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz gin
  • 2 dashes simple syrup

Directions:

Combine gin, syrup, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into an iced champagne glass. Top up with Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore and stir gently.

RUFFINO's Blue Basil

Ingredients:

  • 4 parts Ruffino Prosecco
  • 1 part basil/blueberry simple syrup
  • ½ part lime juice
  • Basil leaves
  • Fresh blueberries

Directions:

Blend simple syrup with basil and blueberries in a blender. Fine strain and keep in the fridge. Build in a lowball glass over ice. Stir and garnish with a skewer of basil leaves and blueberries.

SVEDKA's Godfather

Ingredients:

  • 1½ parts SVEDKA Strawberry Lemonade
  • 1 part sour mix (or 1 tsp. sugar dissolved in ½ part fresh lime juice)
  • Ginger Beer
  • Splash raspberry liqueur

Directions:

Pour ingredients (except raspberry liqueur) into a Collins glass half-filled with ice. Stir and then pour raspberry liqueur down the side of the glass allowing it to sink. Garnish with candied ginger.

Whisky Martinez

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ ounce Port Cask Finished Virginia-Highland Whisky
  • 1 ounce sweet vermouth
  • ½ ounce Luxardo cherry juice
  • ¼ ounce freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 3 dashes chocolate bitters
  • Cinnamon stick to garnish

Directions:

Combine ingredients in a glass. Stir and garnish with cinnamon stick.

Buchanan’s Negroni

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz. Buchanan’s Special Reserve 18-Year-Old
  • ½ oz. Sweet Vermouth
  • ½ oz. Campari

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a mixing glass. Pour over large ice cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with orange peel.
 

Citrus Fizz

Ingredients:

  • The Botanist Gin – 1.5 oz.
  • Cointreau – 1 oz.
  • Fresh Lime Juice – .75 oz.
  • Bitters – 2 dashes
  • Fresh Mint – 5-8 leaves
  • Soda Water – 3-4 oz.

Directions:

Add The Botanist Gin, Cointreau and Fresh Lime Juice to shaker. Add 2 dashes of bitters and 5-7 mint leaves to shaker. Fill shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a Highball Glass. Top with Soda Water. Garnish with a mint sprig

Verbona Blossom

Ingredients:

  • The Botanist Gin – 1.5 oz.
  • Sweet Vermouth – 1 oz.
  • Fresh Lemon Juice – .25 oz.
  • Cucumber wheels – 3-4
  • Soda water – 3-4 oz.

Directions:

In a highball glass, Add The Botanist Gin, Sweet Vermouth and Lemon Juice. Add cucumber wheels and ice. Top with soda water

Brockmans' Negroni Blanco

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 oz. Brockmans Gin
  • 1 1/4 oz. Luxardo Bitter Bianco
  • 3/4 oz. Grapefruit juice
  • 3/4 Soda water
  • Grapefruit wedge to garnish

Directions:

Fill a tumbler glass with ice cubes. Add gin and bitter bianco. Top with grapefruit juice and soda water. Give the glass a gentle stir and garnish with a thin wedge of pink grapefruit.

Topsy Turvy (Created by Jeremy Oertel, Donna Cocktail Club)

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Carpano Antica Formula
  • 1 oz Lock Stock & Barrel Rye Whiskey
  • 1 tsp. Caffè Borghetti Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 dash Mole Bitters (preferably Bittermens)

Method: Stir, Strain

Glass: Nick & Nora

Garnish: Orange Twist

Liquid Nitrogen Margarita (created by Julian Rodarte at “Beto & Son” in Dallas, Texas)

Ingredients:

  • 10oz. House Made Citrus Blend
  • 1oz. Agave
  • 2oz. Beto & Son Avion Reposado Tequila
  • 1oz. Orange Liqueur
  • 1Tbls. Encapsulated Passion Fruit Pearls

Alligator Monday (Created by Kalani Ben, lead bartender at The Spare Room in Los Angeles)

Ingredients:

  • 75oz Templeton Rye Whiskey
  • 37.5oz Fernet-Branca 
  • 25oz Luxardo Maraschino
  • 33oz Cinnamon syrup (1:1)
  • 25oz Lime juice
  • 1.1oz Scrappys Celery Bitters 
  • 1.1oz Scrappys Cardamom bitters

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in the desired vessel and add cubed ice (we use an ice block). Stir until proper diluted/desired taste. Garnish with honeydew melon balls/slices and celery ribbons. Serves 50 people.

Seagram's Smash

Ingredients:

  • 1oz Seagrams Watermelon Vodka 
  • 1.25oz Templeton Rye 
  • .75oz   Demerara syrup
  • 2 lemon wedge 
  • 6 mints 

Directions:

Muddle the lemons/mint and syrup. Add the liquor/light shake and dirty dump in rocks glass. 

Glass: rocks glass

Garnish: heavy mint sprigs 

Woodford Spire

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz. Woodford Reserve
  • 2oz. Lemonade
  • 1oz.Cranberry juice
  • Lemon twist garnish 

Directions:

Shake vigorously with ice and serve in a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a lemon twist! 

Farmer's Lane

Ingredients:

  • 1.5oz Templeton Rye Whiskey
  • .50oz Lairds Apple Brandy 100proof
  • .75oz Lemon Juice
  • .50oz Orange Blossom Honey (Local)
  • Bar spoon Aquavit
  • 2 drops Monarch Bitters “Rose Petal” bitters 
  • Garnish: Dehydrated Blood Orange wheel w/ 2 clove
Belmont Jewel

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz. Woodford Reserve 
  • 2 oz. Lemonade 
  • 1oz. Pomegranate juice
  • Orange Zest 

Directions:

Shake vigorously with ice and serve in a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a lemon twist! 

The Timeless Mastery

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège Cognac
  • .5 oz. Madeira
  • 3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • Orange twist and gold leaf garnish

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, stir to chill and strain into a rocks glass; garnish with the expressed oils of an orange twist, discard the twist and add gold leaf.

Blood Orange Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. Cointreau
  • 2 oz. Blanco Tequila
  • 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 oz. Fresh Blood Orange Juice

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a shaker, add ice. Shake and strain over ice in rocks glass. Garnish with Himalayan sea salt or regular salt.

Summer Shandy

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 oz. Cointreau
  • 0.5 oz. peach liqueur
  • 0.75 oz. lemon juice
  • Top with Lone Star Beer (or another regional lager)

Directions:

Build in pint glass, add 2 ice cubes. Fill with Lone Star Beer.

D’USSÉ Lemonade

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz- D’USSÉ VSOP Cognac
  • 4 oz Lemonade
  • Glassware: Highball
  • Garnish: Lemon Wheel

Directions:

Add D’USSÉ and lemonade into an ice-filled Highball glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
