Duchess Kate Middleton stuns in Alexander McQueen for the royal wedding, stepping out than a month after Prince Louis' birth

Updated

It's been only a month since Prince Louis' arrival, but Duchess Kate looks as glamorous as ever (as always) as she stepped out to celebrate the wedding of her brother-in-law Prince Harry and his new wife, Meghan Markle.

We've only seen Kate briefly before today, once when she stepped out only hours after giving birth to introduce her newborn to the world, and from afar as she arrived at Windsor Castle ahead of the royal extravaganza on Thursday. On Saturday, she entered St. George's Chapel alongside the wedding party's 10 bridesmaids and page boys, including Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

For the big event, the 35-year-old royal donned a gorgeous primrose yellow wool silk tailored coat designed by Alexander McQueen. The designer was also behind her iconic wedding gown in 2011. According to a statement from the palace, The Duchess of Cambridge is also wearing a hat designed by Philip Treacy and completed the look with shoes by Jimmy Choo.

While we won't officially get to see Kate until she arrives back from maternity leave in the fall, we're hoping for a few more royal sneak peeks -- possibly at the Royal Ascot in late June and definitely at Princess Eugenie's wedding in October.
