Met Gala 2018: Couples take the red carpet

Monday date night on the Met gala red carpet? Casual.

Our favorite Hollywood stars have made their way to the Met for fashion's biggest night out, taking the red carpet alongside their equally-as-fashionable significant others. The night's co-host Amal Clooney stepped out with husband George, while Riverdale's favorite couple Cole Sprouse and Lili Reinhart made an appearance. Kris Jenner and Corey Gamble also posed for the cameras, as did speculative new couple Hailey Baldwin and Shawn Mendes.

Hugh Jackman took the red carpet alongside his rarely seen wife Deborra-Lee Furness. The X-Men actor dazzled in a simple black suit with red detailing, while his wife stunned in a gothic black gown, complete with a caped bodice and cross necklace.

Amanda Seyfried and Thomas Sadoski also stepped out for the 2018 Met Gala, sharing a sweet moment on the red carpet. The Mamma Mia2 star and her Newsroom husband welcomed a baby girl last March -- though the name and photos have been kept private.
