Best Bites: Breakfast in a blanket

Breakfast is the way to start off the day! Try these delicious and easy to make "breakfast in a blanket" rolls in this week's episode of Best Bites!
- 8 large eggs
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- 1 tube crescent rolls
- 4 slices cooked bacon
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
- Preheat the oven to 375º. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Melt the butter in a large skilled, and add the eggs and chives. Scramble.
- Lightly flour the surface you’ll be working on, and roll out the crescent rolls. Top them with strips of the cooked bacon, scrambled eggs and cheese.
- Tightly roll the crescent rolls and transfer onto a baking sheet.
- Bake them for about 14 minutes or until golden brown.
