Catherine Zeta-Jones and lookalike daughter attend Dolce & Gabbana's Alta Moda show

Dolce & Gabbana presented their Alta Moda collection on Sunday night in opulent fashion at the atrium of the Metropolitan Opera. The 100 one-of-a-kind pieces that made their way out on the Met floor were inspired by New York and America.

Karlie Kloss opened the show in a grandiose feathered look, complete with a crimson plume chapeau. Joan Smalls donned a pink corset with a stunning ballgown with the New York City skyline. Naomi Campbell closed the show in a black satin bustier and Times Square ball skirt.

There was no shortage of jaw-dropping gowns -- the bigger the better! -- and breathtaking headpieces. Makeup artist extraordinaire Pat McGrath painted on sultry cat eyes and sexy red pouts that were just as stunning as the pieces themselves.

Of course, Dolce & Gabbana's biggest celeb fans were in attendance and were seated front and center. Dakota Fanning, Lady Amelia Windsor and Catherine Zeta-Jones with daughter Carys were all wearing their most stunning D&G looks.

The most impressive part of all may be that the Italian fashion house will be putting together a similar show in Mexico City in a couple of weeks -- but with completely different looks.
