Best Dressed of the Week: Paris Hilton, Rihanna and Rita Ora stick to the basics

Hollywood stuck to the basics for this week's red carpet.

Whereas last week we saw an abundance of florals and variety of prints, this week's sartorial show consisted of LBDs and soft white dresses. Stars like Rihanna, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Rita Ora opted for sleek, all black looks spiced up with statement-making jewelry, bold lips and an eye-catching belt.

Paris Hilton, too, opted for a rare black look -- a stunning Grecian-inspired Philipp Plein dress with a thigh-high slit. She accessorized the plunging designer gown with a belt, bright red heels and old Hollywood glamour waves.

While Sienna Miller and Chrissy Teigen stuck to simple whites, we also saw our fair share of emerald greens. Elizabeth Olsen, clad in a Alexandre Vauthier mini-dress, and Kate Bosworth, in a casual H & M floral print, both sported the hue -- no doubt making it a palate to watch out for this spring.
