AQUARIUS (JANUARY 20-FEBRUARY 18): APEROL SPRITZ

Some people might consider you independent and eccentric, but we know that’s just code for trendsetter. You were the first to rock kitten heels, try your hand with the Instant Pot and dye your hair “root beer brown.” So naturally you’re the first to make this old-timey Italian aperitif (made with Aperol, Champagne and club soda) cool again.
