Best Bites: Saucy beer BBQ meatballs

Beer and meat! Is there a better combination? Celebrate National Beer Day with these delicious saucy barbecue meatballs!


  • 1 pound frozen meatballs
  • 12 oz beer 
  • 1.5 cups bbq sauce
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch 


  1. Place all the ingredients into a large saucepan and bring to medium-high heat. Cook the ingredients for 3 to 5 minutes. 
  2. Once the sauce begins to boil, reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for another 20 minutes. You will see the sauce reduce. 
  3. Pour into a bowl and make sure to party grab with toothpicks!
