Best Bites: Saucy beer BBQ meatballs

Beer and meat! Is there a better combination? Celebrate National Beer Day with these delicious saucy barbecue meatballs!
- 1 pound frozen meatballs
- 12 oz beer
- 1.5 cups bbq sauce
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Place all the ingredients into a large saucepan and bring to medium-high heat. Cook the ingredients for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Once the sauce begins to boil, reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for another 20 minutes. You will see the sauce reduce.
- Pour into a bowl and make sure to party grab with toothpicks!
