As we near mid-March, it seems Hollywood's hottest celebs are just as confused as we are about this climate. Is it winter or is it spring? And how do we best dress for this chaotic transitional weather? 

Celebrities who took the East Coast this week braved the frigid Nor'easter. Reese Witherspoon cozied up in a cream Max Mara coat while doing press in NYC, while Kris Jenner opted for Gucci fur to brave the mild Los Angeles winter at a spa opening.

One stunning look we can't get over? Penelope Cruz's metallic Balmain ensemble, which she donned while walking the red carpet for the premiere of her new film "Loving Pablo." The asymmetrical gown took formalwear to the next level with half mini dress, half floor-length gown. The dress accentuated every bit of the actress' curves as she attended the photocall in Madrid.
