The best red carpet looks this week could be found all over the world!

Hollywood's biggest stars traveled to Germany for the annual Berlin Film Festival, and it's safe to say people were talking more about the red carpet fashion than the movies. Helen Mirren dazzled in an off-the-shoulder Rami Al Ali gown that hit just below her ankles, while Elle Fanning made a statement in a red, white and blue Valentino gown.

Golden girl Margot Robbie dazzled in a slinky and sequined Louis Vuitton gown at the UK premiere of "I, Tonya." Thousands of miles away in Los Angeles, "Modern Family" actress Sarah Hyland dazzled in a deep blue Carolina Herrera gown with floral embellishments while Michelle Monaghan donned a white button-down blouse with a dramatic grey skirt and chunky yellow belt from the brand.
