Mom of seven shocks the internet with her incredible figure

At a quick glance, you wouldn't know that Jessica Enslow is a 43 and a mother of seven, who still manages time to kick butt in the gym. The Utah mom has been making headlines for her incredible figure, a body she maintains due to exercise and "intuitive eating."

According to the Daily Mail, Enslow looks and feels better than she did when she was in her 20s -- she can "even pass" as her daughter's sister.

Enslow gave birth to her first daughter when she was only 19 years old. Over the course of almost 20 years, she welcomed six more children with two different husbands. Her most recent child was born in 2013.

The ship has sailed ⛵️ on a 2018 New Year’s post for me, 🤷🏻‍♀️ but I’ll spare you my year in review, as I’m sure we’ve all seen at least 200-300 years worth of people’s lives in the past few days! 😂 And so here we find ourselves on a #transformationtuesday & yes, I know I’m 9 months pregnant & in labor with @codyenslow on the left, but as I’ve said before, anyone who thinks pregnancy transformations don’t count probably has never given birth! Not only do you often gain some extra fat, but a woman’s uterus stretches to 500 times it’s normal size, and then returns to its normal size within about a month! Yes, our bodies are so resilient, especially when we take care of them. I’ve realized that if you find something you love, you’re more likely to stick with it! I now know I pretty much hate plyometrics & running, but I love #weighttraining & #cardio on the elliptical. I’m done following the trends & fads that come & go. WHAT COUNTRY ARE YOU FROM or if you live in America, what state do you live in? ♥️ Just wondering 😊 I lived in Washington State in the left picture {also featuring @alyssa_kimber } & Utah now. And now that that’s out of the way! Diet has definitely been key for me staying fairly lean the past 7 months as my exercise has reduced drastically. I’ve average about 2 days a week of weight training & cardio until the last 2-3 weeks where I haven’t even done a single workout 🙈 I just got put on antibiotics for a sinus infection and I’m already feeling a little better, but my energy is still pretty low. We’ve had one sick kid after another the past month and I’ve had a lot of commitments. I just haven’t felt I had it in me to workout. I do recognize that I need to make working out a priority though because the less I workout the less I want to, and that’s how bad habits form. I am still alive friends! Literally going on the third week of circulating sickness in this home 🤮😷🤒 Haven’t touched a piece of gym equipment in a week 🤷🏻‍♀️ For those asking about my diet, I don’t currently track macros or calories but I seriously mainly eat eggs/egg whites, oatmeal, bananas, strawberries, oranges, almonds, whole grain bread (and yes, sometimes white bread) with light amount of butter, chocolate chips, peanut butter, grilled/baked chicken breast, salad, dressing always on the side, & salmon. I do indulge in treats like doughnuts, cookies, etc. every once in awhile too! Working out hasn’t been a huge priority the past week-and-a-half for me. Family time, Christmas prep, & sleep have been 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🛍😴 I’ve also had a mild cold that’s sucked some of my energy 🤧 I did get in 45 minutes of cardio last night & then I did about an hour the Monday before. That is it! No guilt. Initially, I constructed a long post in response to a lot of negativity I’ve recently received for having 7 kids, but ultimately decided I didn’t need to dwell on the negativity here. 🙅🏻‍♀️ This is simply a portion of my journey in life & a platform that connects me to other amazing people and mothers who have an interest in supporting one another, not just physically but emotionally & spiritually. 😇 One question I get a lot is “How do you manage your time with so many children for working out, etc?” 😅 First of all, I have an amazing husband who is very supportive, older kids who can help here & there, plus parents and in-laws who are willing to help out when needed. I also know if there’s a will there’s a way. I started just working out at home, but once I began training with a professional trainer, it got to be too much for family, so I began paying for daycare at the gym. Now, my hubby & I have it set up where 3 days/week we go while they are all in school. I do cardio before anyone is awake on Mondays & we plan on going on Saturdays & will have an older child help out for a bit. It’s been an adjustment for us, but it’s working really well for now. I always say, “You do what you can!” Be strict about your goals & flexible on how to achieve them! There are plenty of moms out there who have made tons of progress from their own homes. I made it in bright & early to the gym yesterday 🌄 & just did an hour of low intensity cardio. First off, I’ve decided Mondays will just always be cardio days since the gym is beyond packed early in the morning 😩 & I’m never in the mood to wander around figuring out what I can use & then waste a half hour looking like a lost 🐶 just to end up grabbing some dumbbells🙄. I’m sometimes even lucky if I can get a cardio machine that I want. 😒 Also, I was feeling a bit low on energy & now I know why. I’ve finally caught a mild tummy bug from my little girl, who has been not feeling well the past couple of days. I decided to get a little extra sleep this morning & continue prepping my house for Thanksgiving 🦃🥧🍽 I’m just going to play things by ear based on listening to what my body needs. Besides, your body’s metabolism increases when you get sick as it works to overcome the illness. Luckily, it is super mild & I can still function pretty well. My #transformation has been a lot more than just physical the past 23 years. The girl on the left was so excited to be a mother, but had no idea what lied ahead. My kids were definitely the highs in my life for many years, but the lows got pretty low. There were many days & years I thought I was in a living hell I would never escape. Low self-esteem & fear kept me in my place. Nursing school forced me out of it. I had to extend myself to others daily when I was pretty much an introvert at the time. Getting out in the workforce taught me that I could care for myself & kids if I needed to. I learned to believe in myself & found the confidence to change things, and by so doing, found a lot more happiness & peace. 😌 Life isn’t all roses now for me, but the girl on the right has learned when we take care of ourselves physically, emotionally, spiritually and make sure we are in healthy relationships, wonders can take place. I dreaded getting older throughout my life, but not anymore. I love that I know my worth & am surrounded by the most amazing people. Know YOUR worth! Love yourself! Take care of yourself! LEFT: NUTELLA EVERY DAY & RANDOM PINTEREST WORKOUTS😒😞|| MIDDLE: COUNTING MACROS & WEIGHTS + CARDIO 5-6x/week😖🤪|| RIGHT: INTUITIVE EATING & WEIGHTS + CARDIO 2-4x/week😊😌 I will forever be grateful that I chose to hire a fitness coach, who was prepping me to compete. It taught me just how much work and dedication it takes to get super lean and fit, and the gist of how to balance eating with exercise, but after 4 months I ran out of steam💨...physically & emotionally. It just wasn’t right for me at the time. I worried I’d regret taking a step back, but in all honesty, I have no regrets. My house is cleaner, my kids are happier & I feel a lot more energy & balance in my life. I don’t judge people who can hack it. But I’m not ashamed for changing my course. The way I eat and exercise now is easy to maintain. Am I as lean as I used to be? Nope. I’m super excited I’ve stepped into a gym at least FOUR times in the same week! 🙌🏼 I finally feel like my motivation & drive are kicking back in! ⚡️🤗 I know it’s no amazing accomplishment but feeling the desire is 👍🏼 I did #weighttraining three days and cardio four days this week. Do I feel guilty for slacking the past four + months? Nope. Sometimes we have to focus on certain things more than others. Only YOU know what is best for YOU! I’m over others telling us we HAVE to sweat this many days a week or that eating junk is called balance. Maybe it is. Maybe it isn’t. I think inside we know what we need. My main goals are spiritual, mental & physical balance. I was thinking the other day, the days I start with a prayer and some spiritual nourishment are the days that go best for me in ALL other areas. 1. Do I have stretchmarks? Yes, a few on my hips, none on my stomach. 2. Have I had a tummy tuck or any surgery to fix loose skin or my belly in any way? Nope! 3. How long does it take to for your belly to go back to “normal”? This depends on your genetics, diet and exercise regimen. It even differed for me with each pregnancy, but I never felt “back to normal” physically or emotionally until at least a year after giving birth. Obviously, stretch marks and loose skin depends on genetic factors or if you end up having twins, etc. 4. Did I give birth to all of my 7 kids? Yes, each singleton births. Four from my first marriage, 3 from my current marriage. 5. Am I overpopulating the earth? While I still use his workouts as a basis for what I do now, since June, I’ve been eating intuitively and working out about 2 days a week instead of counting macros & working out 6 days a week. My cardio & weightlifting aren’t nearly as comprehensive. While in the past her exercise routines merely focused on "random exercises" found on Pinterest, Enslow realized she needed to make a bigger change just last year.

She explained to the Daily Mail, "I used to eat Nutella by the spoonful, and on my toast and on my bananas,' she explained. That's when things started getting REALLY out of hand with my body composition and finally prompted me to change my daily habits."

The mom has stopped snacking, ends meals when she's satisfied and incorporates weights when she does cardio three times a week.

"It's been an adjustment for us, but it's working really well for now. I always say, "You do what you can!" Be strict about your goals & flexible on how to achieve them!" the mom asserts.
