NYFW: Cushnie et Ochs' Fall 2018 show goes back to its roots for 10th anniversary

Updated

The Cushnie et Ochs Fall 2018 collection was ... absolutely beautiful.

Michelle Ochs and Carly Cushnie went back to their roots for their 10th anniversary. The show, set inside Pier 17 in lower Manhattan's Seaport neighborhood, was a homage to their muse, the late architect Zaha Hadid.

Ochs and Cushnie kept it simple, opting for a no-frills show that instead focused on what mattered most -- the clothes.

Models donned form-fitting dresses, pencil skirts and bodysuits in a neutral palette -- white, black, nude, gray and silver (with the occasional pops of pink) -- that they wore underneath classic trenchcoats, trousers and blazers.

The designer duo stuck to what they do best ... creating a tailored wardrobe for women that is, for a lack of a better word, sharp.

Ochs and Cushnie have managed to shake up the fashion world in just 10 years, and we can't wait to see what they do in the next 10.
