Duchess Kate shows off her baby bump at visit to Great Ormond Street Hospital

Updated

Just a day after stepping out with Prince William in Coventry, Duchess Kate is out and about again.

The expectant royal paid a visit to pediatric patients at the Mittal Children's Medical Center at the Great Ormond Street Hospital, spending time with the young children and chatting with hospital officials.

Many likened Kate's visit to Princess Diana's work with pediatric patients.

Upon her arrival, Kate was greeted by 9-year-old Ava Watt, who has cystic fibrosis, as she gifted two teddy bears to the Duchess for George and Charlotte. During the rest of her visit, Kate visited an art class and learned how the hospital's new modern wards were built to include patients' parents.

She also visited with four-year-old Rafael Chana, who is awaiting a heart transplant. Duchess Kate spent time talking about his favorite foods and even exchanged a hi-five with the youngster.

For the outing, Kate recycled a custom made peach dress that she wore when she was pregnant with Prince George. She paired it with a $330 red coat by Boden, a beloved London brand.

Later in the day, the Duchess changed into workout gear to meet with more children at Bond Primary School, where she learned about the Wimbledon Junior Tennis Initiative.

It's been a busy few months for Kate, who is due in April 2018 with baby number three.
