Melania Trump's best style moments in 2017

Melania Trump dazzled the world with one gorgeous outfit after another in 2017. The 47-year-old has undeniably proven that she's one of the most fashionable first ladies to ever take on the role in only the first year of her tenure.

Whether she's in a sparkly Monique Lhuillier gown or casual J. Crew outfit, you can always count on Melania to be the most stylish person in the room.

If you recall, she first captivated the world with her powder blue Ralph Lauren look (which garnered comparisons to former FLOTUS Jackie Kennedy) on Inauguration Day in January 2017. Later that night, she donned a custom, off-the-shoulder piece designed by close friend and designer Hervé Pierre that fit her like a glove for the Inaugural Ball.

Melania has even proven her style prowess abroad during several high-profile trips to Europe and Asia.

A floral Dolce & Gabbana jacket with a matching clutch that she wore in Sicily back in May for the G7 Summit made major headlines not only because of how stunning Melania looked in it, but because of its $51,500 price tag. The first lady also made quite an impression in a Gucci gown with a subtle slit on the leg for a state dinner in China in early November.

Even when she's dressed down, Melania is as chic as they come. A pair of trousers, button-down shirt from brands like Calvin Klein and Balmain and flats seem to be her go-to off-duty look.

With the impeccable sartorial show Melania displayed in 2017, we can't wait to see what she'll do in 2018!
