Can you spot the moment this news anchor's water broke on air?

This is quite the entrance to working motherhood.

When I was pregnant with my first, my biggest fear (beyond the usual health-during-delivery concerns) was that my water would break at work. It happened to a friend in the elevator of our big Manhattan office building, which prompted me to keep multiple towels and changes of clothes at my desk. Like the vast majority of birth mothers, though, my water didn't break on its own. But that wasn't the case for New York City news anchor/reporter Natalie Pasquarella. She was live on NBC-4 when her baby-to-be made a splash toward the end of a segment on Twitter increasing its per-tweet character limit.

According to NBCNewYork.com, Natalie let out a nervous giggle when her water broke during the broadcast. Maybe it's the big desk in the way or Natalie's unwavering professionalism, but I certainly can't detect the precise moment the mom-to-be realizes what's happening in the tiny video above. It's a testament to working moms' incredible focus and commitment to their jobs: Even as the biggest event of her life is unfolding, she knew the show must go on, and reportedly didn't tell a soul what had gone down until the program ended.

Her new little boy, Jamin James Pastore, arrived ahead of schedule, 13 hours after the on-air incident. He weighed 5 pounds, 6 ounces, and shares a name with his father, Natalie's husband of three years. Congratulations to the happy family, and welcome to working motherhood, Natalie!
