Amanda Holden's scandalous 'Britain's Got Talent' dress received the most complaints on British TV in 2017

The tables have turned for "Britain's Got Talent" judge Amanda Holden. The judge has been raising eyebrows over her scandalous wardrobe -- particularly one dress she wore during a "BGT" show back in June.

According to a report from British outlet The Sun, a black Julien McDonald gown -- complete with a plunging neckline that reaches all the way down to her belly button, low back and thigh-high slit -- has been the most complained about moment on British television.

The look instantly garnered backlash from viewers, with Ofcom (a British U.K. communication regulator) receiving 216 complaints within 48 hours of it airing. In total, the designer dress has received more than 663 complaints.

Holden's revealing getup caused quite a reaction on social media. Many people pointed out how highly inappropriate the look was for a 7:30 p.m. show.

From the looks of her recent Instagram snapshots, it seems as if Holden has heard her viewers loud and clear, with more conservative looks -- like a form-fitting jumpsuit -- filling her feed.
