Kaia Gerber makes her New York Fashion Week debut at Calvin Klein's Spring 2018 show

Kaia Gerber is officially the coolest 16 year old on the planet.

The model, who just celebrated her 16th birthday less than a week ago, made her New York Fashion Week debut at the Calvin Klein Spring 2018 show on Thursday night. Kaia was one of the first models to hit the runway in a diner-inspired look.

Gerber, the daughter of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, looked like a total pro as she strutted down the catwalk in a black-and-white button down with a pair of eye-popping yellow trousers. Vogue appropriately called her debut "The Kaia Moment" -- and it was truly a moment to be remembered.

The brunette beauty took to Instagram after the star-studded show to thank the American brand's artistic director Raf Simons.

"CALVIN KLEIN! there are no words to describe how I feel, I love you endlessly Raf!" Gerber captioned the snapshot of herself from the show.

A number of Gerber's model pals also congratulated her on her NYFW debut. Karlie Kloss, who Gerber described as her "big sis," gushed about Kaia's big moment on Instagram. Bella Hadid also commented "proud of you" on Gerber's snap.

After the show, Gerber celebrated with her former Calvin Klein model mom. The young model shared a closeup -- and no doubt flawless! -- selfie with her lookalike mom. It's been a week of many milestones for Gerber, who also got her license earlier this week.
