Does size matter? Twitter trolls tiny engagement ring

Updated

Most young girls dream of growing up, getting engaged and marrying their very own prince. Included in the deal is typically a diamond ring.

This woman was not pleased with her ring and shared her annoyance on Twitter: "Imagine finally being proposed to & this is the ring you're given."

As one would imagine, her choice to publicly shame her engagement ring led to her getting an earful from the Twitterverse, such as the following tweets:

"The ring my dad gave my mother because he just wanted to marry her."

Unique engagement rings for every style

"this is the beautiful ring that my fiancé proposed with. it didn't matter how simple it was cuz all I want is to marry him."

"my boyfriend give this ring to me it is so small compared to my big hand"

However, in a plot twist, she shared with Yahoo, the ring is not hers. It's a picture she saw on Facebook and then posted on Twitter to troll others.

Well, if there is one thing Twitter needs, it's another intentional troll.
