Melania Trump sports a rare updo as she arrives in Paris ahead of Bastille Day

Melania Trump arrived in Paris, France, on Thursday with President Donald Trump ahead of Bastille Day celebrations, and there was something different about her look.

Take a peek:

Anyone else see it? Anyone ... ?

Yes, it's the UPDO. We're so used to FLOTUS sporting the same effortless wavy 'do, and we're fairly certain that she hasn't worn her hair up since Inauguration Day (see gallery below if you don't believe us). Perhaps the summer heat is getting to her.

The first lady paired the rare hairstyle with a sleek, bright red Dior skirt suit and matching red pumps. The suit is a present-day iteration of the iconic Christian Dior Bar Suit.

"Dior is attached to France forever. It is a name that is part of the vocabulary," Melania's stylist, Hervé Pierre, explained.

To kick off the two-day visit, the first lady made the Necker Hospital for children her first stop.
