Kendall Jenner's dermatologist says showering differently can help 'bacne'
For those of you constantly dealing with "bacne" (A.K.A. back acne), your showering technique could be the culprit.
According to Kendall Jenner's dermatologist, Christie Kidd, changing how you wash your hair and body might help the pimples go away.

In a new episode of "Skin Savvy" on Jenner's website, Kidd says when washing and conditioning their hair, most people clean their bodies while letting the conditioner sit. She says if you wash the conditioner out last, however, the leftover oily residue will linger on your back.

To avoid this, Kidd says to follow these five steps:
Shampoo your hair
Condition your hair
Rinse out the conditioner
Tie up or clip your hair
Wash your body
Now, bacne is more common in women. The condition affects more than 50 percent of women in their 20s, in comparison to 40 percent of men in the same age range.
However, with a few new steps, your bacne may be history.
