This 'Fixer Upper' house can be yours for $1 million

What would you do if you had a million dollars to spare in Waco, Texas?

How about buying a house from season 3 of HGTV's 'Fixer Upper?' The owners are now asking $950,000 for it.

This two-story home is about 1,050 square feet with one bedroom and one bathroom.

It also has a Dutch-style front door, Bevolo gas light on the porch, arched ceilings, a brick pad for outdoor seating in front of a sugar kettle fire pit and much more. Not too shabby!

Another perk is that it's within walking distance from Baylor University and a football stadium.

The house itself was built in 1920 and was being sold at $28,000 until it was remodeled by Fixer Upper hosts Chip and Joanna Gaines.

If you aren't able to shell out a million dollars, you can still enjoy the house which is available on Airbnb for $325 per night.
