Duchess Kate looks as chic as ever in nautical ensemble

As Patron of the 1851 Trust, the Duchess of Cambridge attended its Land Rover BAR Roadshow at the Docklands Sailing and Watersports Centre on Friday -- and her nautical look is giving us the ultimate summer outfit inspiration.

The royal fashionista opted for navy blue trousers from J.Crew, a crisp white top and a white blazer from Zara. While Kate's pants are sold out, we found really similar ones for you right here. She complemented the sailor-inspired outfit with a pair of tweed, stacked heel shoes -- also from J.Crew (and sadly, also sold out).

Judging by the photos, the royal mom seemed to have a blast, as she's seen laughing with the students and other attendees. However, during an environmental lesson she was giving, the 35-year-old was seemingly caught off guard by a question from a student (though it was all in good fun!).

According to the Daily Mail, one youngster asked the princess, "How many cars do you have?" Kate supposedly laughed and said, "Oh my goodness," ultimately telling him that she has a Land Rover and asking him his favorite type of car.

Handled like a pro. Color us surprised.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have a busy summer ahead, as Kensington Palace announced on Tuesday that the duo would be touring Poland and Germany in July.
