Don't let sweat trick you when you work out

Just because you're dripping sweat doesn't necessarily mean you're killing that workout routine.

Turns out how much you sweat doesn't have much to do with how hard you're working out.

CNN reports the amount of sweat you drip has more to do with factors such as gender, age, genetics, temperature and humidity.

We sweat when we're overheated so that when the water from our skin evaporates we'll feel cooler.

In fact, fit people can actually sweat less because their bodies are more efficient at the evaporation process.

In addition, factors such as air conditioning, working out near a fan or even a windy day can help you keep cool and in turn cause you to naturally sweat less.

When it comes to how much you perspire while working out, don't sweat it!
