BEST DAMN Sweet Tea Smash

Simple, delicious and refreshing, this riff on a classic cocktail perfectly blends the bite of bourbon and the smoothness of Best Damn Sweet Tea. Try it with muddled mint leaves for a cool, fresh finish.

 

Ingredients

5 oz Best Damn Sweet Tea

1 oz Bourbon

0.75 oz Lemon Juice

0.25 oz Simple Syrup

Steps

1. POUR

Pour Best Damn Sweet Tea over ice into chilled cocktail glass

2. SHAKE

Shake remaining ingredients together with ice and strain into glass

3. GARNISH

Garnish with fresh mint or a lemon wedge

BEST DAMN Sweet Tea Cup

This is definitely your cup of tea.

Ingredients

6 oz BEST DAMN Sweet Tea

¾ oz Fresh Lemon

¾ oz Cointreau

5 thin slices of cucumber

10-12 mint leaves

Steps

  1. COMBINE

Combine all ingredients in a Collins glass with ice and swizzle or stir to mix

Top with BEST DAMN Sweet Tea

CHICAGO FIRE EXTINGUSHER

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Scotch
  • 1/2 oz. Luxardo Abano
  • 1/2 oz. Fugit Crème de Noyaux
  • 2 dash Angostura bitters

Tools:

Build all ingredients over ice, stir, and strain into a small circular globe or mason jar. Place cherry wood chips into the compartment of the smoke gun and light with the torch. Place the end of the smoke gun’s tube into the circular globe vessel (or mason jar), fill with smoke and top with a cork or lid to capture the smoke inside. On the side, place a big ice cube into a double rocks glass, uncork the globe and pour over ice.

LAGUNA SALADA

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz. Silver tequila
  • 1/2 oz. Cynar
  • 1/2 oz. Simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz. Fresh squeezed grapefruit juice

Tools:

Light a spot on a cedar plank using the torch until the wood is smoking. Capture the smoke with an upturned Nick & Nora martini glass on the plank.  Build all ingredients over ice, shake well. Turn over the smoked glass and strain the cocktail into the glass. The glass should maintain a hint of the smoke flavor and scent.

Jala-Peno-Rita

  • 4oz Lime-A-Rita
  • ½ sliced jalapeno
  • 1 oz seltzer water
  • Chili salt rim
  • Lime garnish

Strawberry Mo-Jito

  • 4oz Straw-Ber-Rita
  • Mint Leaves
  • 1oz seltzer water
  • 1 bunch mint leaves
  • 3oz muddled strawberries
  • Strawberry garnish
  • Sugar rim
Peachy Lemonade
  • 2oz Peach-A-Rita
  • 2oz Lemon-Ade-Rita
  • Top with 1oz seltzer water
  • Sugar rim
  • Lemon garnish
