Prince George and Princess Charlotte steal the show at Pippa Middleton's wedding

Updated

The long-awaited day has finally arrived!

Saturday morning, Pippa Middleton married James Matthews in a beautiful and small ceremony at a church in Englefield, England. The two dated briefly in 2012 but rekindled their relationship in 2016, before announcing their engagement.

One of the most anticipated high society events of the year, Middleton's wedding caused quite a stir for royal fans all around. Would Markle, who is dating Prince Harry, be invited to the nuptials? Yes. Would Pippa's older sister, Duchess Kate, be maid of honor? No. What about the rest of the royal family?

It was recently revealed that yes, Prince George and Princess Charlotte would play a part in their aunt's wedding! The royal toddlers acted as the page boy and bridesmaid, preceding Middleton down the aisle.

While Pippa stunned in a gorgeous Giles Deacon gown, it was Prince George and Princess Charlotte who stole the show.
