Danish brewery selling beer made with urine

By Patrick Baldwin, Veuer

A Danish brewery is using urine to make beer. It's called "Pisner," but it doesn't actually contain human waste. Instead, the fields of malting barley are fertilized with human urine.

The brewery used 50,000 liters of urine in their fields, and grew enough barley to brew around 60,000 bottles of Pisner beer. They got the stuff from Denmark's 2015 Roskilde music festival.
