With the warmer weather creeping up on us, we're all trying to stay healthy and get that beach body ready to go. Now, it all starts with what you eat. According to the Center for Science in the Public Interest, there's nothing better than the sweet potato. The Center even once ranked it the healthiest vegetable in the world.

We know, all you want to do during the spring and summer is break out the grill and have some burgers and hot dogs, but sweet potatoes are packed with nutritional value. We're talking about protein, Vitamin A and C, iron and calcium. And the best part is, they taste amazing -- and can be cooked in so many different ways.
