Bad posture has some unsettling side effects on the body

Mom and dad always said, "sit up straight."

And we try to, we really do, but sitting at computers all day and non-stop Netflix make it hard.

Experts say bad posture can lead to a lot of health problems.

The strain on your neck and shoulders from hunching causes headaches.

Bad posture can also work its way down your back and into your feet.

Even digestion issues occur and experts say posture affects your internal organs and intestines.

Try asking your boss to invest in some standing desks and don't be afraid to workout in your cubicle.

Maybe you'll even start a trend!

We understand the need to binge "The Crown," but try walking or stretching between episodes.

Your back, and apparently the rest of your body, will thank you!
