This year my husband and I hosted the cutest seder for a few families and their children. Searching for Passover recipes that are actually tasty for adults and kids can be a bit harder than you would expect, so I began browsing the internet for a Kugel substitute that everyone would enjoy. I stumbled upon a version of below and after baking and serving, I can say it is actually delish! I am not kidding, it doesn't taste like your usual kosher for passover cakes! Sliced and placed on a cake stand, it's perfect for a family gathering, or it's great to serve as a sweet side dish if you are desperately missing carbs this week! Enjoy!

Passover Apple Kugel {makes one loaf}:
5 apples cored and diced
5 eggs
1 cup orange juice
1 cup matzoh meal
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil

Mix ingredients together and bake in greased tin pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve hot or cold as a side dish or dessert.
