Talk about a diamond in the rough! A teenage boy basically just lived every woman's dream minus the perfect man. But who needs the perfect man when you've got a 7.44 carat diamond?

Kalel Langford was visiting Arkansas' Crater of Diamonds State Park with his family when, about 30 minutes into his search, he spotted a diamond near a stream of water.

In a statement the boy's father said, "its color was so dark that we weren't sure if it was a diamond, but we knew we needed to have it looked at."

The family stopped by the Diamond Discovery Center where they were told it was indeed a diamond.

A diamond interpreter said conditions were just right for this find. Apparently diamonds are easier to spot after rain, which the park had earlier in the week.

Kalel decided to name his new diamond Superman's diamond in honor of his love of superheroes.

When asked what he plans on doing with the diamond the boy said he plans on keeping it as a souvenir.

A souvenir or a potential engagement ring someday? This kid is going to be pretty popular with the ladies in a few years.
