Camel toe underwear (yes, really) has actually been a popular product in Japan for the past 10 years and is trending again in Asia. The underwear comes in an array of shapes, sizes and colors, padded to give the illusion of a camel toe.

The product, called Party Pants, is worn by both female and males, some of whom sport the underwear to look more "effeminate".
