Michelle Obama spotted out and about in DC, hits a SoulCycle class

The Obamas are back! After some well-deserved R&R, the former first family is back in Washington, D.C. after touching down in Dulles via private plane on Wednesday.

First up for Michelle? An early afternoon workout at SoulCycle.

It's the first time Mrs. Obama has been spotted in D.C. since leaving the capital on Donald Trump's inauguration day, when she stepped onto a helicopter with her husband and waved goodbye to their 8 years in the spotlight. They went on to take some time off with daughters Sasha and Malia, visiting the British Virgin Islands for some casual kite-surfing and Aspen to ski.

The former first lady has admitted her passion to the cycling studio, and she's certainly not the only one. She said it's one of her favorite things to do with her girls in a video supporting her "Let's Move" initiative, saying "we all are in the dark, moving to the beat on the bikes. We love it."

Michelle kept it casual for the workout -- see the photos here -- wearing black leggings and a black t-shirt. She stayed incognito, wearing a black hat and oversized sunglasses as she left the studio.

It's no surprise that Michelle loves it, though. SoulCycle has a bit of a cult following, and it is a lot of fun (and a killer workout). Plus, the dimly lit studio would help anyone who wants to blend into the background go unseen for their daily cardio.
