Professional groomer wants you to spend Valentine's Day with your dog

This Valentine's Day, Jess Rona wants you to spend your night with your most devoted companion -- your dog.

The professional dog groomer fell in love with the practice as a teenager when she started bathing dogs to pick up some extra cash.

She admits that at first she didn't know what she's doing, but she has now been doing it for 19 years. Her thousands of social media followers would agree she's extremely talented.

Rona started sharing some of her four-legged clients to Instagram in recent years. She posts hilarious photos and videos of windswept, wet and fancy pups.

Check out her amazing posts:

"There really isn't a normal day for me anymore (which is awesome)," she told AOL.com.

Rona created a video with Liquid-Plumr that mixes her passion for her job with the upcoming holiday:

The clip features a dirty (but beautiful) poodle scampering into a salon and getting her hair done in hilarious ways.

In addition to the clip, Rona shared tips to primp your pup to be your date for Valentine's Day with AOL.com:

1. I make these little collar bows using tulle. Just tie it in a bow on your dog's collar and add a little heart gem in the middle with some hot glue. It takes 2 minutes and lasts the whole month!

2. Nail painting is always fun. I like the Warren London Pawlish Pens (just make sure you use actual pet polish!)

3. To make a little bow tie for your furry gentleman, cut a strip of fabric and fold the ends into the center, wrap a rubber band around the center it to make it into a bow and a little gem with hot glue!

Rona plans to smother her dogs in love for Valentine's Day.

"They'll probably get a nice meal, a good long walk and tons of kisses," she told AOL.com.
