Dove sells deodorant with new 'alternative facts' ad

Last week, Kellyanne Conway defended a White House spokesperson by saying he offered "alternative facts" on Trump's inauguration -- and the internet didn't respond very nicely. Even Miriam-Webster got involved by tweeting this, which sent the internet aflame.

Dove, too, seized the opportunity to get in on Conway's poor word choice. The UK company released a number of two-page ads in select British newspapers, all of which were about new Dove antiperspirant. The advertisements joke that the deodorant "boosts your WIFI signal", "rhymes with orange" and was "first used by Cleopatra". It then concludes with the hashtag #Alternativefacts.
