Hold up! Twinkies have just been made into ice cream

Need something to get over your last break-up, but are sick of your usual Chunky Monkey? Well, Hostess has just the thing! The company released Twinkies flavored ice cream, because deep frying them just wasn't quite good enough.

Hostess partnered up with Nestle to make the ice cream which features sweet buttercream-flavored ice cream, sponge cake pieces and a vanilla frosting swirl.

The flavor is part of a new Hostess line that also includes a SnoBalls flavor and a CupCakes flavor.

Hostess announced in December that they would release the ice cream in February or March, but an eagle-eyed dessert lover snapped a photo of the treat and shared it on The Impulsive Buy.

Naturally, the internet is freaking out.

Twinkies technically never expire, but the ice cream will only be in shelves for a limited time so get ready to stock up!
