This pregnancy test ad has everyone talking

Oh baby, baby! There's definitely something amiss with this pregnancy test ad -- and it will totally crack you up.

Dutch agency Etcetera created the ad as a billboard for Predictor, a pregnancy test company, in 2011. It recently resurfaced online to the delight of Twitter users all over the world.

The couple looks completely stunned over their test results -- but if you take a closer look at the woman's belly, it becomes clear she's already pretty far along in her pregnancy and has a rather prominent baby bump.

Social media response was swift and hilarious:

"Since Predictor is 99.9 percent accurate, you'd rather depend on the test than your belly," Chris Sant, the project's art director recently told Adweek about the viral advertisement. He did add that the agency did engage in a little "advertising exaggeration."

That's definitely some serious exaggeration.
