Look for less: Melania Trump's pretty pale blue dress

Melania Trump made quite a style statement on her first day as the First Lady of the United States, looking absolutely lovely in a pale blue Ralph Lauren cashmere ensemble. The dress had 3/4 length sleeves and a high mock-turtleneck neckline, and she covered up in the cold with a double-breasted cashmere coat.

The color, silhouette and nod to American fashion were all a home-run in our book, and we found ourselves scrambling to find something similar to add to our own closet.

After all, there's nothing better than brightening up a cold day with a spring-y shade of blue!

While the Ralph Lauren ensemble was likely completely bespoke, we took to our favorite retailers to find some similar options for you. Below, shop our favorites, in a price range that we think you'll find much more appealing than what we assume Mrs. Trump paid for her look.
