New German exercise combines drinking beer with yoga

New Year's resolutions include adding more exercise into your daily routine and often times cutting out alcohol.

No one can expect you to keep every resolution. This yoga helps you exercise, but you keep the beer. It's beer yoga!

Bier Yoga is a German concept that's traveling the world. Events have even spread around the world to Australia.

Unlike fun runs that end with beer, the beer bottle is actually a prop for this unusual yoga practice.

You balance a bottle of beer on your head during tree pose.

And take a sip if you can when you are in eagle.

And why do a sun salutation with just your arms when you could hold a beer up to the sun?

Nothing like putting down an icy cold one and then Namaste away!
