Dark Chocolate

In fact, one guilty-pleasure sweet in particular can actually improve your sex life. Experts say that dark chocolate is known to boost blood flow and up serotonin and dopamine hormones which help lower stress.

This treat is not only loaded with protein and helps rid the body of energy draining toxins, but has bee pollen that also ups sexual activity because it gives your body a boost of energy that will have you buzzing to the bedroom.

Oysters and figs

Oysters and figs are both known for being aphrodisiacs, meaning they increase your sexual desire. Oysters contain zinc which increases production of testosterone in men and vaginal lubricant in women, while figs increase sexual stamina in both sexes. It also doesn't hurt that the foods resemble certain female body parts.

Chili

Another way to spice up your sex life is by adding a little chili. The pepper in chili increases blood flow, ups the level of feel-good hormones and is a natural lip plumper.

We're not sure how lip plumping is good for sex, but at least it'll save you money on getting that Kylie Jenner pout.
