Lola Kirke is bullied for unshaven armpits at the Golden Globes

The 74th Golden Globes premiered Sunday night in Los Angeles. We saw our fair share of questionable looks on the red carpet, but people were quite consumed with one star's armpits.

Actress Lola Kirke, star of 'Mozart in the Jungle' walked the carpet looking as glamorous as ever. Dressed in a gorgeous blush and embroidered Andrew Gn gown, Lola was all smiles pre-awards.

But people keep commenting on Lola's unshaved armpits.

According to the actress' Instagram, she even received death threats for her armpit hair. "Thanks to all of you beautiful people who didn't send me death threats on account of my #awesome #hairyarmpits!" she wrote.

Lola was also heavily criticized for sporting an anti-Paul Ryan pin on her dress. In an interview with Elle, she said, "Paul Ryan is talking about defunding Planned Parenthood. I think that, along with a number of other decisions that are being talked about being made by the new administration, is atrocious."

The pin, a light pink, matches her dress so well, it's almost camouflaged. "They made me one in the Planned Parenthood colors yesterday that I was wearing. I'm sure there will be other issues to support, but this one is really important," she said.
