7 'bad' foods that may be given a bad rap

It's a new year, which means millions of people are striving to stick to their new diets. But maintaining a healthy lifestyle doesn't mean cutting out all bad foods.

Some foods may have a bad reputation, but may be good for you if it's eaten right. Throw lean protein and veggies on whole wheat pizza -- it'll taste like the real deal! And did you know that ice cream is still healthier for you than fro-yo, which is packed with tons of sugar and other substitutes?
