You've been brewing coffee all wrong

Making the best cup of coffee might boil down to a little math. According to a group of mathematicians from The University of Limerick, the size of the coffee grains is most important.

The coffee loving bunch found that the smaller the grain the more bitter the taste. The also discovered that large coffee grounds will brew a weak and smokey pot of coffee.

The researched hope their findings will lead to the perfect coffee machine. It would have uniform settings so that every cup that comes out is perfect.
