Ridiculously cheap award-winning wine now available at Walmart

Want to drink some of the best wine in the world? You don't have to head to France, Italy or Napa Valley, California.

Nor do you have to look between the endless rows of grapes in a vineyard.

Instead, you'll find it close to the baby wipes and shampoo.

More than 500 Walmart stores across the U.S. have started selling bottles of La Moneda Reserva Malbec, an award-winning wine previously sold exclusively at Walmart's UK grocery chain, Asda.

In a blind taste test, the Chilean wine was named "platinum best in show" at the 2016 Decanter World Wine Awards this summer.

It beat out over 16,000 entries with a score of 95 out of 100.

Walmart says the $6 bottle of dry red goes well with barbecued meats, and dark chocolate.
