People everywhere are freaking out over a picture of this girl's hand

Another day, another social media picture that is baffling the internet.

Take a look at this one: Twitter user @Larose419 posted a photo showing off her manicure. But it was her fingers (or lack of) that had people very, very confused.

Her hand is made into a fist, but it's missing a finger.

Maybe she just has 4 fingers, or maybe she's double jointed. Still, people everywhere are trying to figure it out.

We do love that manicure though!
