The perfect fall cape
In case you haven't noticed, I am majorly obsessed with this stripe cape. It's literally the perfect cape for fall. Warm, cozy, soft... it's basically a (chic) giant blanket that makes any outfit look 1000% more stylish. When the girls and I headed to Nantucket, I knew that I was going to get tons of wear out of it. It also makes a great travel piece... you can cozy up on the plane, train, or car and it'll double as a blanket
I wore it back in this post for a more dressed up, polished look, but wanted to showcase its versatility and how you can dress it down. Since it wasn't necessarily freezing, I decided to pair the cape with an easy cami... the combination of both made it perfect. If you live in a warmer climate like here in Miami, this is definitely the way to style a warmer weather fall look.
These jeans are my favorite... they were just restocked in new colors and I can't recommend them enough! They're soft, stretchy, comfortable, and on sale right now for only $19! The pair I am wearing are the Light wash, but I also have the Medium wash and highly recommend both. A note on sizing: I did order the 4 short to make sure they hit at the ankle. LOVE. If you're petite like me, definitely opt for the short size.
BTW- remember when I told you the thing about the Nantucket cobblestones being murder/never wear heels?? You can totally tell in this pic why I said that lol!! ALL of Nantucket is like that. So basically... flat boots and booties are the only way to go in the fall/winter.
