You can get a sugar high and a buzz with alcohol infused ice cream

Some choices in life are just brutal, like go for happy hour drinks versus stopping for a late night dessert. Well, you no longer have to choose thanks to this new ice cream company.

Tipsy Scoop says it combines the "magic of an artisanal hand-crafted ice cream with the mastery of a perfectly blended cocktail." The company's ice cream boozy tastes aren't just a hint of flavor, these desserts actually have up to 5% alcohol by volume- or about the same as a light beer.

The ice cream can only to be consumed by people 21 and over.

Flavors like Maple Bacon Bourbon, Chocolate Stout and Pretzel, and Strawberry White Sangria Sorbet have consumers coming back for a sweet hangover. And their Tequila Mexican Hot Chocolate mixes chocolate and cinnamon ice cream with, not cheap bottom shelf tequila, but Patron Cafe.

Chocolate and tequila? This is officially the ultimate break up food. Tipsy Scoop is also available in ice cream sandwiches and boozy ice cream cakes.

Right now, New York has a monopoly on stores that sell Tipsy Scoop, but order online and the company will ship orders around the country.
