Teen brilliantly asks someone hilarious to homecoming

The pressure to ask someone to dances in an elaborate (and potentially viral) way has been mounting on teenagers since the rise of social media.

One man, an Ohio senior named Joe LaRue, managed to completely obliterate the entire process while still going viral.

All it took was a basic sign, some chicken and his own brilliant mind.

LaRue told BuzzFeed News that his mom suggested he ask himself to homecoming.He said he didn't have a date so he didn't have anything to lose.

So, he made himself a sign that said "I know you're a student section leader but Cane I lead you to homecoming?"

And he asked himself to homecoming.

"Can't trust any girls so i decided to ask myself to homecoming:))) (i said yes)" his tweet said.

Hopefully he won't let himself down.
